Interior  +  change before completion

who     Adam Bednařík

The interior was designed in a newly built house for a young family. Even before the completion of the rough construction of the house, modifications to the layout and formwork of the entire house were proposed (change before construction is completed), so that the apartment meets the clients requirements.

The house is designed as two floors. The common life of the family takes place on the ground floor, linked by the living space to the garden. The quiet part of the bedrooms and rooms is located on the 2nd floor. The interior design involved a living space, a kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom and a gallery on the second floor. The interior concept is based on views through the living space and natural lighting. In the same spirit, natural light materials are chosen, which optically connect the entire apartment - bleached oak, for accessories such as railings, lights, etc., white shades were chosen in combination with gray. The entire interior is dominated by its respectable headroom, both in the place of the gallery and in the living space, together with the recognized beam ceiling, the placement of which on the walls, together with the direct staircase and the gallery, gives the apartment its dynamic line.
